ENGINEERING CONTACT DESK
Send the I/O schedule, network sketch, installed part numbers, panel environment, software baseline, target market, and requested delivery window. The contact page combines direct engineering coordinates with a complete request form; the site modal remains a compact availability dialog.

This demonstration contact information must be confirmed before deployment. Do not send safety credentials, passwords, or production program files through the general inquiry form.
A useful request states controller series if known, signal counts, protocol, supply voltage, enclosure rating, temperature, firmware constraints, and whether the work is a new build or migration. Pricing and lead time depend on exact catalog numbers and region.
The desk checks whether the request contains enough information for product identification, routes application questions for engineering review, and records unresolved assumptions. A response does not replace machine safety validation, licensed electrical design, local code review, arc-flash assessment, or on-site commissioning. If the installed system is in a hazardous state, follow the facility lockout and escalation procedure rather than relying on this form.
For faster part identification, include readable nameplate photographs, full controller and I/O catalog numbers, firmware revision, programming software version, supply voltage, communication adapters, and destination country. For a migration, state whether existing field wiring, terminal assemblies, network addresses, and source code must be retained. Do not assume that a current module is interchangeable because its channel count matches the installed unit.
We separate availability questions from application approval. The contact desk can organize alternatives and documentary evidence, while the responsible engineer verifies scan behavior, fault response, safety functions, EMC practice, panel SCCR, and the commissioning procedure under actual operating conditions.
